Client Matcher (Full Version)
This Access database can be used to match clients with either employees of your business or volunteer mentors based on particular skill sets. The full version allows an unlimited number of clients (with business idea or skill set) and mentors (also with areas of expertise). The mentors could also be employees in your business. This Access database app is fully functional but can also be customized to make any tweaks or changes you need. It can be thought of as a template that is also usable out of the box. It has the following features:
* Add as many clients and mentors you want, including their specific needs and/or skill sets.
* Enter comments for a client, or date and notes from meetings.
* A form to easily find mentors to meet a client's needs and match that client and mentor together.
* A report where you can view and sort by clients, mentors, meeting dates, last date met, and other fields.
The difference between this and the developer version is that the developer version also includes the Visual Basic source code, allowing you or your staff to make any changes you want to the application itself. Alternatively, we can give you a quote to customize this application for you.
Note that this version does not include any source code and customization is limited. If you want to be able to customize this for your organization or have us give you a quote to customize, you must purchase the developer version.
